So I may have forgotten to mention that I'm heading to Malta for a month, and by heading to I mean that I'm already here. It's been an awesome week so far.

I'm staying with some great people and working for a company called Permaculture Malta carrying out some research about Wheatgrass which is a grass that is juiced and made into smoothies, I'm looking into the health benefits and some potential recipes, I'm rather excited to get stuck in.
